T-Monitor

This function will automatically process T-Loader jobs or T-Batch jobs based on folder activity.  When you need to automatically execute a job or a batch based on a text file entering a folder, then this function is used to accomplish that task.

Main Screen

This is where a user select the T-Monitor definition to be worked on.

From here a user can

• Add
• Edit
• Delete
• Make inactive / active

Step 1

This steps allow you to name the monitor definition, and to provide a detailed description.

Each monitor job can also be assigned a group name and/or a sub-group name for future filtering reference.

Step 2

This is the step where you select the pattern of the input source, the folder location of the text file and where the archive should be stored.

The user can also select

• to delete the file after processing
• process existing files in the directory when the monitor jobs are run

Step 3

The user then selects either the T-Loader job or the T-Batch job definition to be executed when a file is seen in the monitored folder .
